Will perform the below mentioned duties and any other duties assigned.
Duties and responsibilities Responsible to enter daily labor totals and production totals Responsible to change sleeves/seals/blades Prepare inks/maintain ink levels/viscosity levels Verify job order Load rolls of film Unload printed rolls and label correctly Place return labels on the ink used in proper location Prepare ink/sleeves for next order Return plates to mounting department Visually identity non-conforming product Assist Operator with change over Perform basic maintenance duties Maintain clean work area (floor/trash) Complete end of shift checklist Qualifications Manufacturing Experience (preferred) Basic mathematical calculation skills Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions Demonstrated mechanical aptitude Basic computer knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Standing and walking 90% of the shift Can lift up to 50 lbs.
Be able to push, pull, squat, bend or reach 10% of the workday Be able to handle, grasp, and perform repetitive motions Have eye/hand/foot coordination Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from 60 degrees to 90
depending on the season and the department Third shift; Mon-Thurs 7p.
