Summary:
This position will be responsible for reviewing IT related purchase order requests, conferring with other departments to verify needs, contacting vendors and evaluating bids offered by suppliers.
The position is also responsible for reviewing and running print job orders to determine quantities to be printed, paper specifications, colors, and special printing instructions.

DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
IT Generalist Jr.
1.
Reviewing IT related purchase order requests, conferring with other departments to verify needs.
2.
Contacting vendors and evaluating bids offered by supplies 3.
Aiding with various IT purchasing procedures, inventories, accounts, proposals and similar preparations.
4.
Coordinate with IT staff and management on creating and maintaining IT Operational and IT Security policy, procedure and knowledge base articles.
5.
Review job orders to determine quantities to be printed, paper specifications, colors and special printing instructions.
Arrange pages so that materials can be printed on proper stock.
Collect and inspect random samples during print runs to identify any needed adjustment.

High school graduate or equivalent.

Communication skills using speech and writing with both company employees and external vendors.

Strong problem solving and ability to prioritize and work unsupervised.
Ability to adapt and learn new and existing technologies.
