, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our parts department, supporting our customers' needs, and contributing to our overall success.
Key
Responsibilities:
Parts Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate and organized parts inventory.
Monitor stock levels, order parts as needed, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Assist customers in identifying the right parts for their needs, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales department to assist in identifying parts requirements for new trailer sales.
Provide pricing and availability information to support sales efforts.
Vendor Relations:
Establish and maintain relationships with parts suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Documentation:
Maintain records of parts transactions, including sales and returns.
Keep accurate records of warranties and follow up on warranty claims.
Technical Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, product specifications, and advancements in trailer parts technology.
