Must be dependable, have excellent people skills, strong work ethic, and great communication to join our awesome team! The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and the ability to multi-task effectively.
This position will include verifying dental insurances, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking payments, and verifying important information.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and scheduling appointment.
Checking in patients.
Keeping all patient's appointment's current.
Applying and verifying patient's insurance benefits.
Taking payments.
Inputting patient's medical and dental histories.
Scanning in documents and inputting in charts.
Requirements:
Outgoing personality Reliable and ability to show up on time and prepared for the day.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to engage with children and adults.
Ability to use computer programs effectively.
Ability to work a variety of weekdays between 7:
