- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive account management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Analyze client data and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction - Assist with the implementation of new Staff, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support - Conduct regular check-ins with clients and staff to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - On Sight new staff orientations and tranings Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams - Experience in Staff management and customer service roles, preferably in the Health Care industry - Proficiency in client relationships and tracking interactions - Care Giving experience is a plus.
- Hire and interview new care givers.
- Project management skills to effectively manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks - Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) products and solutions is preferred.
- Needs to be able to relate to people and discipline staff when needed.
