Candidate needs to have strong verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, uphold a strict level of confidentiality, and must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to project demands and deadlines.
Typical Job Functions Perform Accounts Payable functions for assigned properties Scan, file, and share documents internally and externally Schedule meetings and perform administrative duties Basic accounting tasks such as updating spreadsheets, assisting with insurance, and certificate tracking Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Accounts Payable experience Excel experience Insurance experience and basic accounting/bookkeeping skills preferred Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure Ability to multi-task Effective time management skills, and an ability to recognize and respond to time sensitive issues and tasks Ability to work independently and productively in a fast paced, challenging environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Strong organizational and communication skills Phone etiquette skills This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has an understanding of accounting principles, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
