Customer Service Representative

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to be a frontline contact for our customer base.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicate verbally and via email with employees, customers, brokers, and freight carriers in a wide variety of situations associated with order processing, invoicing, and order tracking.
Answer phone calls, emails, manage and track ordersWork to ensure timely, complete, and accurate order fulfillmentBuild relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
Proactively work to resolve problems quickly and professionally.
Partner with sales and marketing to ensure that customers receive orders on time with accurate invoicing.
Fulfill customer needs and resolve customer concerns within the company constraints and best business practices.
Prepare detailed reports of complaints, service requests and resolutions.
Become knowledgeable of Idahoan's products, sales terms, supply chain practices, production processes and inventory availability.

Work EnvironmentThe position is located in a corporate business office environment with moderate noise levels and requires sitting at a desk for extended periods and walking from point to point.
The Individual must be capable of carrying up to 50 lbs while traveling.
This position could require up to 5-10% travel, depending on the needs of the marketplace.
Must occasionally work overtime.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
