Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is a pivotal contact point for our valued customers.
They will aid customers via phone, email, online forums, and other communication platforms, ensuring all queries, concerns, and requirements are addressed efficiently and professionally.
Key
Responsibilities:
Answer Customer Inquiries:
Address customer questions via various channels, making certain that each client feels heard, appreciated, and satisfied.
Problem Solving:
Resolve any customer issues or concerns about our products, deliveries, returns, and other facets of our business.
Handle Returns:
Efficiently process customer returns, ensuring smooth transactions while addressing any related concerns or feedback.
Information Provision:
Offer accurate details about products, pricing, availability, and other pertinent topics as and when required.
Feedback Collection:
Collect feedback from customers on their experiences, channeling this input to relevant departments to foster ongoing improvement.
Documentation:
Maintain precise records of all customer interactions, cataloging inquiries, comments, complaints, and the resultant actions.
Collaboration:
Collaborate seamlessly with other departments, such as sales, production, and shipping, for coherent communication and effective resolution of customer-centric topics.
Continuous Learning:
Stay abreast with product nuances, organizational policies, and sector trends to equip oneself for informed customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a customer service capacity, ideally within a manufacturing or akin industry.
Exceptional communicative skills, encompassing both written and verbal mediums.
Acumen for managing challenging scenarios and distressed customers with tact and professionalism.
Robust problem-solving abilities, underscored by a customer-focused mindset.
Detail-driven with a commitment to meticulous documentation.
Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and CRM tools.

Adaptability in dynamic work conditions.
Familiarity with trailer hitch commodities is advantageous.
