The Customer Care Representative will play a fundamental role in helping our customers succeed.
You must be comfortable answering calls each day, managing orders, and helping to customers through the ordering process.
This position is Part-Time 20-25 hours a week from 1pm-6pm from our business office in Idaho Falls, ID.
Duties and Responsibilities Assist customers with orders and updates Take payments Answer phone calls Research account history and relay information to customers Enter notes and records of interactions through ERP software Answer emails and general customer questions Help with Factory Seconds sales and walk in traffic Other duties as assigned Skills Proven ability to solve problems Track record of excellent Customer Service Experience working with computer software Friendly and happy demeanor Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong phone presence Proficiency in using software and computers Strong knowledge of MS Office suite Customer-centered focus A high level of professionalism High school diploma Job Type:
