Role Description The Business Development & Salesperson is an integral team member in the company of 50
employees.
We have a solid and NEW marketing and sales plan; and are looking for a individual to execute with our current business development team, adding more clients to our portfolio in 2023/24 and into the future.
Our focus is to substantially grow our business through relationship selling in key verticals that we have to match our company goals.
You need to be a charismatic, and a strategic relationship builder that will grow and establish opportunities for lead generation for property emergencies as well as building repair projects.
Responsibilities Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity.
Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
Identify and developing sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships through office visits, organized events and cold calling.
Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent business-to-business visits.
Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes.
Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer.
Monitors, interprets and responds to lead sources.
Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community.
Participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs.
Proactively search for, and act upon potential opportunities.

Qualifications Sales and Sales Operational skills Customer Service Skills Team Management Skills Business Development Skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Proven ability to meet sales sales targets and drive business growth Experience in the property restoration or insurance industry is a plus strong leadership and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Valid driver's license with a good driving record Job Type:
