Summary:
The Education Assistant assists in assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and overseeing educational activities, including but not limited to the Student Services program and other non-clinical education programs as determined by manager The Education Assistant works collaboratively with the Manager to assess, plan, implement and evaluate all services providedHe/she may collaborate with the American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center Coordinator (TCC) to instruct BLS classes as requested

Responsibilities:
Works alongside the Student Services Employee Health Manager:
aReviews records to ensure appropriate documentation is in place for students and non-employees, such as researchers, travelers, and contract staff, who enter the facilities bCommunicates with the Student Services Manager to facilitate student placement within the facilities cCoordinates with schools in conjunction with the Student Services Manager to schedule rotations and facilitate entry of students and non-employees to the facilities 2Serves as BLS Instructor 3Works with the other segments of the Education Department to ensure that the educational offerings and opportunities provided meet the needs of the target audience and follow policy and all regulatory guidelines 4Ensures the accuracy of any supporting documents for students, employees, and non-employees 5Collaborates to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate and oversee any additional non-clinical educational offerings as requested by the DON or supervisors 6Collects data for and assists in the preparation of reports as required and/or requested 7Fosters effective collegial relationships with other employees in the compliance department and Mountain View community 8Demonstrates effective proactive situational leadership while working within the framework of Mountain View's mission, vision, and values by actively supporting new programs and changes in the organization 9Assists with additional projects within the Education Department as requested by other members of the Quality Resources department and the DON 10Other duties as assigned ABOUT MOUNTAIN VIEW:

Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree preferred, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) instructorThe BLS Instructor course will be offered as indicated after hire
Experience:
Two or more years in clerical, and computer skills, education/instructor experience Equipment/Technology:
Microsoft Office Suite Language/Communication:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
