If so, we might have just the opportunity you're looking for!Idaho National Laboratory s (INL) Environment, Safety, Health and Quality (ESH&Q) group is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a career as a Deputy Director, Environmental Support and ServicesOur team works a hybrid 9x80 schedule located at our Idaho Falls facility with every other Friday off!Responsibilities Include:
Support the Division Director, develop and maintain policy, regulatory interpretations, and procedures company-wide for the Environmental Management System, including waste management and chemical management.
Stay on top of pending regulatory changes that may impact operations and implement strategies to effect resolution that is positive for INL.
Lead collaborator with Sr.
Management, DOE customer and complex wide ES&S representative to committees, Battelle Community of Practice, EFCOG, etc.
Review and approve site-wide environmental training.
Assist with execution oversight for Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) actions assigned to ES&S.
These reflect the INL Contractors responsibility for consolidation of site-wide reporting requirements from all INL site contractors and individual INL Contractor deliverables.
Support in the management performance of diverse technical staff dispersed throughout all INL locations (communicate, reward and discipline, provide leadership opportunities, maintain current ITPs & EPDs, professional development, and succession plans at all levels of the organization).
Help establish self-critical Performance Assurance activities of the company-wide ES&S Program (metrics, assessments, performance indicators, quarterly reports, lessons learned), maintain a risk register and ensure risks are properly communicated to Sr.
Mgmt.
Report quarterly on the quality and effectiveness of the ES&S Program.
Develop strategy, budget and risk profile for execution of the ES&S program that supports cost effective completion of INL mission.
Monitor and report against approved budget.
Provide INL level input to (IGPCE) and IGPP and approve major procurements, timesheets of assigned staff, etc.
Support the development environmental monitoring services for the INL site including those required for emergency management.
Direct activities required to fulfill the principles for Environmental Stewardship such as attaining ISO 14001 certification and supporting corporate safety and health initiatives.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Bachelors of Science or Engineering plus (10) years' demonstrated ability to include (3) years of managerial experience.
Working knowledge and/or experience of environmental regulations to include CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, CAA, EPCRA, NEPA, TSCA, WM, ect.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy L / Q clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
