As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers.
Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers all in a prompt and friendly mannerProvide customers with any other information neededAssist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaintsCommunicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crewsCalmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flightsOther duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! SkyWest Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience.

Be at least 18 years oldPossess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's licenseHave a High School Diploma or GEDAble to pass a pre-placement background check and drug screenLegally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipAbility to lift 50 lbs.
