Your main responsibilities would be to help members with transactions, answer questions and educate members about our products and services. Most importantly, you will be part of a great team that has a lot of fun at work. You will ensure satisfaction to every member you encounter through courteous, accurate and efficient service. You will also use a needs-based selling technique to cross sell appropriate products and services to our members.
Spanish speaking is required. High school graduate or GED. Accuracy in all areas. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to determine member needs and promote Credit Union services. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union. Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, etc.) Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies (copy paper, computer paper, mail, etc). Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc).
