TITLE:
Management Analyst
JOB DUTIES:
Analyze & co-manage Melaleuca's international projects including, warehouse, inventory, logistics, marketing, accounting, finance, hiring, training, corporate, tax & related compliance issues, order processing & IT Systems. Organize, plan, implement and control non-routine activities to achieve schedule, budget and performance objectives. Establish project life cycles, work breakdown structures, responsibility matrixes as well as planning, budgeting and scheduling systems utilizing planning and control methods, project management software applications and project audits. Understand and apply advanced tools and techniques to develop and manage project financial plans including cost and benefit estimation; project financial analysis; resource allocation; sensitivity analysis; project metrics; and project cost and schedule control; Identify, analyze and mitigate full range of launch risks using risk management planning, risk identification, qualitative risk analysis, quantitative risk analysis, risk response planning, and risk monitoring and control. Establish effective contract & procurement management policies using contract and procurement strategies; legal issues; contract pricing alternatives; technical, management and commercial requirements; RFP development; source selection; invitations to bid; bid evaluation; risk assessment; and contract negotiation and administration; Manage launch quality at all levels focusing on the quality function, and its implementation, cost and management; Utilize accounting and finance concepts and tools to assist Melaleuca Intl. operations division perform transaction analysis; financial statement analysis and interpretation; financial ratio analysis; job-order costing; cost-volume-profit analysis; and operational, cash and capital budgeting; Collect, organize, analyze, interpret and present large data sets and develop complex decision support models; Carry out analysis and investigation using advanced technical models such as optimization and simulation and decision support using statistics, charting, macros, risk modeling; Optimize business opportunity in line with legal & regulatory controls with knowledge of legal, regulatory and administrative practices in Latin America; Review business documents (including contracts) in Spanish and translate them, as necessary, into English.
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants need to have a Master's (Or Foreign Equiv.) in Business Administration, or any Management field or rel. field and 3 years of experience in the job offered.
