If you are interested in working as a lead pressman in a great area, this is the job for you. We are located in Idaho Falls in the Southeast corner of Idaho. Our location is ideal for a pressman that is looking for a nice smaller town to possibly raise a family and can have the ability to do a range outdoor activities. Some of the outdoor activities include hunting, fishing, snow-machining, hiking, skiing, and we have 3 local public golf courses with a very low year pass fee. We are located near Yellowstone National Park and Jackson Hole.
Idaho Falls is also a pretty affordable place to live and your commute to and from work should be very minimal. You will not experience traffic rush hour in this town either, so you can reduce your stress getting home and getting to work as well.

Our company is an ISO facility. We print for medical, so our need is for a lead pressman in our Litho pressroom that can encourage quality, maintenance and lead with a team working environment, supportive of the team and can train newer pressman to work independently. Our hope is to find a pressman that has experience on Man Roland press with years of printing experience. Our Man Roland is a 305 - 5 color perfecting 23X29 press. As the lead over the Litho Department we run currently 2 shifts, 5 days a week. We also have one other pressman that operates a 2 color AB Dick and an Envelope Jet Press - 2 color. We expect this lead to be a source to the other 2 to 3 pressman and ensure maintenance and training is always being done. We need to trust this lead to be a problem solver and a source to the other pressman. You would also need to be a source to our prepress department when necessary and the bindery department as well.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
