Scope and general purpose of job:
To work on a rotation basis within the Players Club, ensuring maximum guest's satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by the Property.
MAIN DUTIES:
GENERAL
1. Punctuality to report for duty 5 minutes before the commencement of the shift.
2. Attendance: to maintain the correct level of attendance. Continuous absenteeism will not be tolerated as it affects colleagues and the whole operation.
3. Appearance: to maintain a high standard of appearance and personnel hygiene maintained at all times in accordance with the procedures and the requirements of the company.
4. Cooperation: to cooperate with team members, colleagues and superiors at all times.
5. Communication: to communicate constantly with Players Club Manager, other departmental team members, other supervisors, managers and superiors with regard to matters arising on the floor.
6. Security: to maintain close surveillance over the cage area in order to detect any irregularities of the equipment, patrons, or team and any potentially dangerous situations, and report such matters to security and management.
7. To assist in floor duties when required.
8. To have a complete understanding of the Property's team members handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within.
OPERATIONAL/ ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Attend to all patrons who enter the property immediately, cordially and with a smile.
2. Register patrons into the computer, promptly provide all necessary information to ensure patrons satisfaction and direct patrons to cash counter for payment of entry ticket.
3. Advise Players Club Manager of any irregularity regarding registration system or customers.
4. Update patrons information into the computer whenever possible.
5. Handle patrons complaints whenever possible, or call Players Club Manager if required; note and inform management of all patrons comments.
6. Have excellent knowledge of all property services and amenities to be able to inform patrons and effectively up-sell/cross sell.
7. Keep informed of all functions in the property and pending activities in the department.
8. Make sure that patron history information is obtained and forwarded for regular up-date.
9. Ensure that brochures and information booklets regarding the property are available for the guests.
10. Monitor and ensure that all Players Club areas are kept clean.
11. Welcome the patrons, ensure proper and quick registration and help to familiarize them with all area of the property.
12. Check Players Club area to make sure that the set-up is according to specified and correct standards.
13. Up-sell other in-house amenities.
14. Inform Managers of daily arrivals and V.l.P. lists that current day.
15. Cooperate closely with other departments for matters relating to the operation of Players Club.
16. Ensure that information for the maintenance of accurate guest history files are provided.
17. To maintain a complete and update understanding of all aspects the Patrons' Club rewards systems.
EQUIPMENT
1. Undertake limited technical duties under supervision.
2. Ensure optimum operation and minimal down time by reporting any malfunctions to the supervisor.
3. Must have a thorough knowledge of equipment operation.
4. Responsible and accountable for all keys issued to him/her while on duty
5. Must not carry out major technical repairs.
TEAM
1. To ensure high standards of workmanship and enforce the procedures, rules and policies of the department and the company.
2. To train new representatives in all procedures as required or directed by superiors.
