Management and Program Analyst

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:
Assure efficient and effective work flow within the Environmental Management (EM), Idaho Cleanup Project (ICP) organization and deliver dedicated executive administrative support. Formulate and identify the operational and analytical techniques for accomplishment of project objectives to produce reliable findings. Provide advice and guidance on alternatives and resolutions to problems; foresee the pros and cons of alternative solutions and explain these to other program and management analysts. Analyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology. Consolidate data as necessary and review to ensure accomplishment of objectives, timeliness, and acceptability. Oversee internal correspondence management and review for the front office. Oversee all statements of policy, business processes, staffing actions, and other materials prepared for the signature and information of the Manager. Analyze, develop, assemble, and coordinate appropriate briefing materials from policy experts in advance. Draft letters of acknowledgment, commendations, notification, and thanks, and notes to file. Manage and analyze all recurring reports and updates. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
